"content": " On a point of order, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First and foremost is the Member, in order to mislead the House. He is quoting page 25 and he is reading different figures. Page 25 shows a total expenditure of Kshs1.7 billion for the Financial Year 2016/17. Two, he is casting aspersions on other Members of the Committee for the Report and this is not true. What he is reading is not what we have. Page 25 shows Kshs1.7 billion was spent in 2014/15 and 2016/17, yet he is saying Kshs7 billion. So, which Report is he reading?"
