    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity to speak to this Report. Every person who has stood is reading his own page. There are those who are reading recommendations, others reading minutes and others half a paragraph. Of course, for the reasons that have been given by the Chairman of the Committee, we are talking to different Members out there in the public. I commend the Committee because they have given us an opportunity to discuss this issue. For those of us who did not know that a wall was being put up along the Kenya-Somali border, now we know. Going forward, we will pay more attention to it and be more careful to scrutinise figures when they come to the Floor."
