    "content": "to be a wrong thing. They are protecting our lives and at the same time making sure that they are able to report to us in peace. Listening to the contributions, the Report has gaps which we can correct by making some amendments, corrections and other recommendations to improve it. We cannot say it is just totally rubbish. We can improve it by amending it so that at the end of the day we move forward. As I conclude because I want to allow one more Member to contribute, this Report brings out the fact that we need a thorough audit of projects like this. We need to come up with a mechanism where such projects can be thoroughly audited and as a result of that audit, we can determine whether they are viable. I have heard some Members questioning the viability of this project. It can only be ascertained by doing a thorough audit or a value-for-money audit so that at the end of the day, we do not just stand on this Floor and say that things are not viable when technicians have said they are. With those remarks, I support the report."
