    "content": "I have said this before and I want to repeat. We will not give more finances to county governments unless we empower the Senate and the county assemblies. Otherwise, governors will become monstrous. I have said this before and it is happening. A governor can stand on top of a car and tell you that he will throw you out of your office by making sure that the Senate is dissolved. I am sorry but there was a reason to require governors to have degrees because they have not read this Constitution."
