    "content": "It is important for our leaders in the counties, especially governors, to have certain level of education to facilitate the ability to appreciate the importance of county assemblies as arms of governments. This is not something for Mombasa alone. Many other county assemblies are facing a lot of attack from the county executives. As usual, Members of County Assemblies (MCAs) do oversight work but they do not receive the support they require."
