    "content": "Clause 21 of the Bill be amended─ (a) in subclause (4) by inserting the words “and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding a hundred thousand shillings or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or both” immediately after the word “offence”; (b) in subclause (5)─ (i) by deleting the word “or” appearing immediately before he word “graders”; (ii) by inserting the words “or other service providers” immediately after the word“graders”; and (c) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (8) ─ The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
