    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I intend to bring this matter before the Cabinet because in addition to the doctrine of collective responsibility, I believe that as the Leader of Government Business, I will require the support of every Member of the Front Bench - Ministers and Assistant Ministers - to be available and be committed to the business of this House. I intend to take this matter up very seriously in Cabinet. For a start, if it pleases the Member for Bahari, I have a copy of the written answer. If I read it, perhaps, I may not be able to deal with the supplementary questions and that is why I feel that I should take this matter as a case study. I will talk to the Minister, Mr. Munyes and his Assistant Minister to make sure that any Question directed to the Ministry of Labour and Human Resource Development again will not go unanswered or, at least, unexplained."
