    "content": "More importantly, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to speak to the issue of how taxation is done. You will discover that sometimes the poor people are overtaxed. The way that taxation is done, for want of a clear framework for public participation, you will discover that we might have people being taxed without public participation. Sometimes they are taxed once, twice or thrice; and sometimes goods move through counties and the people are taxed several times. We, therefore, need to have a clear policy framework which will guide how taxation is done within the counties. Once again, as the Senate Majority Leader alluded to, I will be waiting for the answer with a lot of expectation."
