    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this matter has been coming up every now and then and I think we have been giving the same explanation for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who are properly registered. The Ministry has got its own database and is handling all the IDPs who are properly registered. For these other ones where they may be producing lists, profiling of IDPs closed on 31st December, 2008. Any list after that is not being considered by the Ministry until we dispense with the ones who have been properly registered."
