We are supplying these textbooks at the expense of construction of classrooms; supply of laboratory equipment and very many other items, such Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure. We all know about the Laptop Project, which failed miserably. In any case, ICT is a very important asset when it comes to excelling, because students would be able to use ICT related equipment to conduct research."
