    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Committee on Education should go into the details of this policy so as to pre-empt this, so that we do not go the whole four years and, at the end of it all, the government will not be able to supply textbooks again. I support this Statement because the oversupply of textbooks is another way of wasting resources. As it is now, this policy might open many channels of corruption. We have witnessed a lot of corruption in very many institutions, and this one might also, in a short while, be affected by a similar vice."
