    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for the opportunity to talk to this topic. First, I thank Sen. (Dr.) Zani for raising this very important issue. There is a twin issue that the Government has put in place which is a policy that there should be 100 per cent transition to secondary school. This means that nearly all primary school going children who complete should transit to form one."
