    "content": "I have been told by a friend who is a Member of the National Assembly that there is a school in a constituency somewhere which has 300 children and they are supplied with 450 textbooks every year. So, when they are given the 300, there is a balance of 150. This has been going on for the last several years. It has gone to the extent that the school says it does not have anywhere to keep those books and want to know why those books are being supplied to it."
