    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is important that textbooks are distributed to schools in a transparent manner. The Ministry of Education should keep its house in order. They must have an inventory of the number of textbooks that are supplied to each school. It is important to keep a database of the number of children in every school in the country. There must be a register showing how many textbooks have been supplied to each school and the number of students who have benefited from this programme. It is the only way we can know if there are any inadequacies."
