It is proposed that seven persons should be nominated by governors from counties that produces the highest amounts of tea. This needs to be specified. The Kenya Breweries Limited has been cited. If that is the case, then the same data should also be used to analyze which county in Kenya has the highest consumption of tea. Therefore, one of the board members should be from that county."
