    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, there is need to ensure that there is a market for tea. If you invest a lot of money, time and everything on farming and eventually, you do not have a market for your product, that is an insult to the energy that you have put in the work and the money or loan that you have taken to ensure that you have a product. If you have invested a lot of money, time and energy to have raw products that will help the citizens of this country, there should be value for it. There should be some form of incentive. The incentive would be that farmers will be paid when they deliver their goods and would be encouraged. There is need to have a mechanism in place which will ensure that there is law and regulation in the tea industry."
