    "content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for the opportunity to make my contributions on this important Bill. First of all, let me congratulate Sen. Cheruiyot, who is the Senator for Kericho, for coming up with this important amendment. It is in line with our responsibilities here, as legislators, that our interventions on matters that affect our citizens are either through legislation, representation or when we are doing our oversight work. This Bill is well thought out. I have had my quarrels with the Agriculture and Food Authority (AFA), as it is.
