    "content": " Thank you Hon. Speaker for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. First of all, the list represents the true face of Kenya. It also complies with the one-third gender rule. There is gender balance in the list. Again, the appointment of Hon. Peter Edick Omondi Anyanga, who was with us in this House, and who has managed the NG-CDF before, gives the board a person with inside experience on how the NG-CDF operates. The NG-CDF is a very important tool of development in the country as it reaches the grassroots and Kenyans appreciate its work"
