Is he in order to insinuate that, as the Chairperson of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, I make decisions on how and where to allocate resources as an individual? Hon. Angwenyi, as the baba of this house, knows that the decisions we make are usually the Committee’s decisions. They are informed by the availability of resources and not personal relations. Therefore, I take great offence that Hon. Jimmy Angwenyi is insinuating that I am going against Standing Order No. 90(2). That I should have declared interest like personal relationships."
