    "content": "I ask the NG-CDF Board, when approved, to immediately confirm the CEO. That man has worked well for the last eight years. He needs to be confirmed. We must know the stalled projects. As you know, when the governors went to court, some of the projects that we were dealing with were withdrawn from us because the court said they are devolved governments’ projects. We stopped them and now they are white elephants. Our Committee and the NG-CDF Board should seek funding for completion of those projects. Finally, the Constituencies Development Committee of this House should work closely with the NG-CDF Board and tell them the feelings of the Members of Parliament. I am sure with nominees like Ms. Isabel, Mr. Masese, and Mr. Anyanga we will get good benefits from the NG- CDF Board. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
