    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, much has been said about the timely release of funds, but it makes no harm to repeat it. As we speak, the constituencies that have received the biggest amounts of their allocations have received only 30 per cent. We are left with about four months because in the next two weeks we will be starting the last quarter of the current financial year. So, the question is whether we are in a position to consume the remaining 70 per cent within the last quarter of the financial year. I think there is need for timely disbursement of these funds."
