    "content": "Though the NG-CDF Act gives the CS, National Treasury and Planning, the powers to make the appointments, Section 7 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act requires that while making public appointments, the issues for consideration by the relevant House of Parliament in relation to nomination shall be the procedure used to arrive at the nominee. However, this seems not to have been captured in this Report."
