    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. At the outset, I rise to oppose the amendment. This Bill originated from the National Assembly. It then went to the Senate, where it has stayed for more than a year. Now the Senate is bringing it back with some outrageous and unconstitutional amendments.
