    "content": "At the outset, I take this opportunity to reject this amendment. It looks like a joke to me. It does not have the seriousness it deserves. Somebody was seeking relevance and has vested interests in the whole thing. I remember debating the Bill sometime in 2018. It has taken a long time and I thought when it was brought back here it would have serious implication. What I see here is lack of the seriousness it deserves."
