    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in your second Statement, I just want to observe that in the recent past, we have had increased cases of our Albino brothers and sisters being lured to some other parts of the world where it is alleged that their body parts are being used for some clandestine activities. To protect these, Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona successfully moved a Bill in this House, The Counter Trafficking in Persons Bill which this House passed. I have just heard from your ruling that this has not been assented to. I am concerned because this Bill would go a long way in protecting against this vice. Where could this Bill be? Could the Attorney-General explain to this House whether it is with the President or it has not left Parliament or why has he not brought a conclusive report on that Bill?"
