    "content": "I happened to have worked there during the fall of Siad Barre. I know how people came with heavy machinery running away from the war in Somalia. I support this amendment because this is a critical undertaking by the Government, to ensure we secure our borders strongly. I think this would have been done long time ago and not just now. We are very late. In the last Parliament, I was a Member of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. I think this is the initiative of our late Minister Gen. Nkaissery, because it was started during his time."
