    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also rise to support this Statement, and I thank the Senator for Vihiga County for bringing it to the House. For people who come from where I come from in Wajir County, those are the people who know the importance of birth certificates even much more. I, therefore, thank you, Sen. Khaniri, for that. First of all, some of us are first Somali before we are considered Kenyans; and because of that, it took the Kenya Police to have a Police Commissioner from my community for people to know that there are some Somalis who are Kenyans. That is how bad it is for my community."
