"content": "As I indicated, there was a Message from the Senate which I needed to convey to the House. Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.41, I wish to report to the House that I have received a Message from the Senate regarding its decision on the Warehouse Receipt System Bill (Senate Bill No.10 of 2017). Hon. Members, you will recall that the Warehouse Receipt System Bill (Senate Bill No.10 of 2017) was passed by the National Assembly on Tuesday, 27th November 2018 with amendments. The Message reads in part and I quote: “The Senate on Thursday, 14th March 2019, considered and rejected the National Assembly’s amendments to Clauses 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16,"
