"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, my Question is directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National Government. (i) Is the Cabinet Secretary aware that on 17th July 2018, one Paul Karani Mungania of Identification Number 24276630 from Buuri went missing and the matter reported at Subuiga Police Station on 20th July 2018 and a statement recorded at Isiolo Directorate of Criminal Investigation Offices on 26th July 2018? (ii) Is the Cabinet Secretary further aware that on 19th September 2018, his body was found at Kalama Conservancy near Archers Post in Samburu County and taken to Isiolo District Hospital Mortuary but the family was not informed until 6th October 2018 after which a postmortem was carried out on 5th November 2018?"
