    "content": "(2) That, the Leader of the Majority Party or another Member designated by the House Business Committee (HBC) may hereupon proceed to lay the Report of the Auditor- General titled “Special Audit Report on the Proposed Privately Initiated Proposal (PIIP) between KAA and KQ”, which was submitted to my office on 14th March, 2019. Upon tabling, the Report will stand referred to the PIC which shall, in its examination of the matters contained therein, confine itself to the financial and expenditure aspects of the reservations of the Auditor-General, as well as omissions and/ or commissions on the part of the KAA."
