    "content": "The second objective is to promote understanding on policy matters between the African Union, member states and states in other parts of the world. Other countries have their own equivalent of AFCAC. Therefore, in terms of air travel, it is important that we have our own institution as Africa that will be able to deal with other organisations all over the world. The world is becoming one and therefore we require this institution to take care of Africa in terms of airspace."
