Speaker, the ministry further noted that the public funds to be incurred in implementation of this revised constitution would be catered for by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA), which has budgeted for this contribution. That is an important area that the people of Kenya and the House would like to know. They would like to know the source of funding. We want to assure the House that the ministry confirmed to us that the budgetary consideration is under the KCAA. We have no problem on that as it is within the provisions in following the Treaty Making and Ratification Act of 2012."
