    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, thank you for giving me the opportunity to contribute. I want to take this opportunity to thank the Committee for highlighting this ratification. Most of the Members here were not born in 1969. Therefore, it is better for us to look at the Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission. The structure, as mentioned by the Chair, is very clear. He clarified it. I am, therefore, convinced that I should support the ratification of the Revised Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission because 1969 is a bit too far. Many things have changed."
