    "content": "I support the Motion on the ratification. We need it like yesterday, so that we can speak in one voice. Kenya is ahead as far as the aviation industry is concerned. If you go to other African countries, you will find just one or two aircrafts at an airport. This is the case and yet here at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, especially from 3.00 O’clock, an aeroplane lands after every five minutes. It is very important for Kenya to be part of such a treaty because we have a lot of traffic at our airport. Many African countries and the world in general would like to do business with Kenya, especially if our airspace is a safe."
