    "content": "This is a rather straight forward Motion. I moved a similar Motion earlier this week. Most of the Members of the Speaker’s Panel travelled out of the country on official duty. Therefore, it is not feasible that it can be expected that you, Madam Temporary Speaker, will sit on the Chair for the rest of the day up to 6.30 p.m. It is humanly impossible to do so. It is only feasible that we have a Temporary Speaker for that position as permitted by the Standing Orders and the Constitution so that the business of the House can run smoothly."
