    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for the opportunity to make remarks on this matter. First, I congratulate my colleague, Sen. Faki, for raising this fundamental matter. I have heard an occasion to discuss this concern informally with the Managing Director of KPA. I did so because we went to school together. We also later studied for advanced degree together. The information that I was able to get from him, is that we need, as a nation, and particularly as the affected region, to prepare to make our port services competitive. There are ports that are being modernized in Dar es Salaam. Somalia is also becoming stable and competitive, and if we do not improve the efficiency and competitiveness of our port"
