In doing so, I would like to congratulate Members for the work they did in making sure that the Referendum went on very well. We also had a very good promulgation programme. Difficulties were there, but it was a success. Notwithstanding all those difficulties, the Members were concerned today about SMSs which have brought a lot of fear among our Kenyan public. I just want to state that the public should ignore those messages that they got today. We have analyzed and found that those numbers cannot be found in any directory in the world. They are computer generated. So, technologically, it is impossible for someone to specifically design such SMSs to affect Kenyans only and not Ugandans, Zambians or Ethiopians. So, they should"
