    "content": "We need to find a way of dealing with some of these issues, not necessarily by legislation but by appealing to the good sense of morality, internalising Chapter Six and reflecting on what leadership is supposed to be. There are areas where people are neglected because of the political choices they made. We are still seeing it happening in counties, just like it is happening at the national level where some zones are categorised as opposition.
