    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to move;- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget on the County Governments’ infrastructure projects comprising County Executive Headquarter offices, Assembly Chambers and offices and County State officers’ residences, laid on the Table of the Senate on Thursday, 29th November, 2018. Article 96(1) of the Constitution provides that the Senate represents the counties and serves to protect the interests of the counties and their governments. Further, under Article 96(3) of the Constitution, the Senate determines the allocation of national revenue among counties."
