    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand to second this Motion on swapping of Sen. Chebeni and Sen. Ochillo-Ayacko. These are two able senators. The issue of placement of Senators in committees should arise out of interest. We have seen Senators who have no interest in committees which they are in. This calls for a review of the membership of the committees. We shall be coming up with a review of the membership of the committees so that we allocate Members membership within their area of interest."
