    "content": "On a point of order Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is this Member in order to allege that I sanctioned the heckling at Uhuru Park? Anybody seated at Uhuru Park could see the crowd indicating time. Is he in order to continue claiming the Sheikh was heckled when all they did was to indicate time and when it was clear that those whom the crowd approved were those that were trying to deny the opportunity of the new law? Is it in order for the Member to continue with inaccuracies?"
