This Question should be directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection. Hon. Nangabo your Question is misdirected. However, be that as it may, I direct that this Question be transmitted to the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection and not to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They will not know anything about the issues you have raised. The Question itself is talking about agencies through the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
