Members to go and put the Government officers on their toes as regards the implementation of Government projects, particularly the Economic Stimulus Programmes (ESPs). Some civil servants are not very straightforward as I have noticed in my constituency and so, it is now the time to go and ensure that some of those are doing a good job."
