    "content": "important Bill, but you can count the number of Members seated here to follow up on this Bill. We have quite a number of Questions which we have raised. Personally, I have about six Questions, but they do not reach the Floor of this House. We just see about three or four Questions being raised here. Oversight in the national Government is very poor. The one at the county level is much better. In fact, the MCAs nearly understand each and every item in their Bill, whenever I interact with them. So, we should not entertain that misconception and those misleading statements."
