    "content": "On the issue of youth polytechnics, we are allocating Kshs2 billion. That is important to develop skills. I may not agree with the figures allocated. I tend to believe it is too low and we may need to enhance it. It is a very important sector in skills development so that our people can engage in job creation, self-employment and such things."
