    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, about a day ago there was an attempted eviction by the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) in Ngong. I want to say that officers need to read our guiding principles, especially Article 10(c) on social justices. What it means is that if the Government requires any land, whether through compulsory acquisition or eviction of squatters, it has to make alternative arrangements, where these people will go. You do not just wake up in the morning and evict people; whether hawkers or squatters. We need senior Government officers internalising the Constitution and not violating it immediately we have passed it."
