    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I wanted to add my voice to this issue of Questions. Since I came back to this House in the 12th Parliament, not a single Question that I have raised in this House has been answered by the ministries or the CSs whom those Questions have been referred to. The expiry of a Question is at the end of a Session. I have heard what Hon. Mbadi has said. We had a tradition in which the CSs used to take seriously the Questions raised by Parliament. This is just one element in which parliamentarians interrogate the Executive. If we are denied that through abstention or lack of interest, then obviously we will be disadvantaged as the elected representatives of the people."
