Every Tuesday at 12.00 noon in my meetings with senior members of staff, I get reports about which Questions have been responded to and which have not and the circumstances which necessitate failure. I expect that Members are at liberty to raise complaints here by way of interventions, if their Questions have remained unanswered in excess of 30 days, so that Chairs of those Committees can give reasons. It looks like the Chairs will never act unless they are forced. Member for Kwanza, you also have an intervention on the same."
