    "content": "Therefore, Hon. Members, debate on that Motion will proceed in that amended form. So, it means that debate on the Motion will continue as amended. I had rearranged the business for purposes of us clearing with that procedural issue because there is always the danger that once the House goes into the Committee of the whole House, small matters like putting of the Question are always adjourned.
