"content": "It is also good to strengthen our civil registries. It is also good to promote the establishment of joint border patrol among our member states. It is also good to enhance interconnectivity of border information management systems. This is an era of technology and we must take advantage of that. Finally, it is also good to emulate the EAC in offering free movement of persons and the adoption of the African Union prospect. I have tried my best to enlighten the House and bring Members on board on the meaning of the Protocol on the Free Movement of Persons. Therefore, allow me to end my remarks. I kindly ask Hon.
